Shipping policy
1. Delivery times
Order before 18:00 on a weekday and your parcel ships the same day. The delivery fee is shown at checkout before you pay.
2. Where we ship
We deliver across the European Union. Duties and taxes for your destination are calculated and shown at checkout, so the price you confirm is the price you pay.
3. Collection
Prefer to collect in person? Get in touch before ordering and we will confirm whether collection from our Rotterdam counter is available for your items.
4. Tracking
A tracking link is available from your order once it leaves the depot.
