1. Using this store
By placing an order you confirm you are able to enter a binding contract and that the details on your account are accurate. Keep your password to yourself — you are responsible for activity on your account until you tell us it has been compromised.
2. Orders and pricing
Your order is an offer to buy; the contract forms when we dispatch the goods. If we spot a pricing error before dispatch we will contact you to confirm or cancel — we never charge the wrong price without telling you first.
3. Warranty and support
Every product carries a 2-year warranty against manufacturing and component faults, repaired at our own bench. This sits alongside — and never replaces — the statutory rights you have as a consumer.
4. Liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death, personal injury or anything else that cannot be excluded by law. Beyond that, our responsibility is limited to the value of the order in question.
5. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands, and disputes are handled by the courts of Rotterdam, without affecting the consumer-protection rights of your own country of residence.
